Top Rank promoter Bob Arum says he is hoping that the appeal of undefeated Julio Cesar Chavez Jr on the findings that he had taken a banned diuretic would be heeded by the Nevada State Athletic Commission and that the young son of Mexican legend Julio Cesar Chavez will “hopefully get off with a censure.”Scenic Blast, the Australian Horse of the Year who took down the King’s Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot in June, will ship to the U.S. after bleeding in the Cathay Pacific Hong Kong Sprint on December 13.It’s mind boggling to understand Cesar Chavez, Jr’s rationale about the incident that resulted in his positive urine test after his fight with Troy Rowland on the Pacquiao-Cotto undercard last month.
